The Dhanvantari software is a part of the Super Computing Facility for Bioinformatics & Computational Biology (SCFBio), IIT Delhi. The pipeline uses various modules of the ScFBIO group like ChemGenome 3.0, RM2TS+, ProtSAV, AADS, RASPD, ParDOCK and BAPPL. The functionalities of these algorithms is incorporated in the Dhanvantari Pipeline along with some modifications. A new toxicity filter is introduced to the pipeline to gain insights about which compounds can have toxic effects or side effects.
