The center has innovated AI-software (PTFSpot, miWords, DeepPlnc) using diverse architectures like-Transformers-CNN-DenseNet for breakthroughs in plant-regulomics and systems biology. A-HIOT, AI-based drug-discovery protocol, identifies drugs parallel to clinical trials. The center have discovered mutant in Cu, Zn superoxide-dismutase, using structural and experimental approaches. It hosts the "Deep Bioinformatics Boot-Camp 2023," 3-day National-Workshop.

HiCHiCoB excels in AI and structural-bioinformatics, creating deep-learning tools for miRNA profiling, RBP binding sites (humans), and plant genomics. We've identified potential antimalarial molecules, explored  novel fungal genome, and developed solutions for pest control in agriculture. metagenomic study unveiled probiotic-strains in Chhurpe. HiCHiCoB trained 60-students, with 4-completing Ph.Ds.

Introducing innovative bioinformatics tools: miRbiom for direct human miRNA expression detection from RNA-seq data, RBPSpot identifying RBP-binding sites, DeepPlnc accurately detecting lncRNAs. miWords uses Transformers and CNNs for plant pre-miRNA discovery, PTFSpot annotates TFBS in novel plant genomes. A-HIOT facilitates specific inhibitor discovery for chosen protein targets, a pioneering deep-learning protocol for host-pathogen interactions. NNP partners, affiliated with esteemed institutes like IIT-Mandi, IISER-Mohali, and IASRI, play a crucial role in developing the system-level-software S2S(Sequence-to-Systems). They actively contribute to ongoing research, specializing in computational models and software development(IIT), Statistics, networks, and noncoding genomics at IASRI. This collaboration aims to create unprecedented dynamic system models.
