Deep and next generation sequencing techniques have revolutionized our access towards the genomic and molecular systems. This has also opened a Pandora-box arising from an entirely different and enormously voluminous sets of molecular data from different platforms requiring a fresh approach towards solving the molecular biology problems. And this is led by development of new algorithms and software to solve such problems. Deep-learning algorithms have emerged strongly to provide cutting-edge solutions. So the theme is Deep Bioinformatics. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The present workshop has identified some of those most important developments to discuss this season, and train the selected candidates to deal with them. This workshop will move with two pronged way. The morning session with detailed talks on topics like: Fundamentals and current status of NGS, Hi-C, Single Cell Genomics, GWAS, Metagenomics, ChIP-Seq, ATAC-Seq, CUT&RUN-Seq analysis, Graph Neural Nets, Machine Learning, and Deep-Learning. The post-lunch session will cover hands-on training on these above mentioned topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
