The pipeline uses various modules of the ScFBIO group like ChemGenome 3.0, RM2TS+, ProtSAV, AADS, RASPD, ParDOCK and BAPPL. The functionalities of these algorithms is incorporated in the Dhanvantari Pipeline along with some modifications.
