National Workshop on Databases and Networking in Marine Biology, at NIO,
Goa during 9 – 11 March 1994.

Successful launching of the concept
and establishment of Indian National Marine Biologist & Biotechnologists
(INMBB) Network for its effort towards building comprehensive and authentic
data source on Indian marine biodiversity and activity. It is also for
better exchange/sharing of views and speed of information culture among
user community.

Aided Taxonomy and Marine Biota was organized during 9 – 11 Nov. 1994 at
NIO, Goa to standardize the methodology for computer assisted systematics
and to prepare project proposal for CATIS development

for Marine Biota.
