To access each data use load("XX"), where XX corresponds to one of the dictionary files provided here.

Dynaseq dictionary of 60-dimensional ensemble (5-dimensions for each of the 12 conformational parameters).

Dynaseq dictionary of 5-dimensional ensemnle of Minor groove width (MGW).

Dynaseq dictionary of 12 averaged static features derived from 60-dimensional ensemble.
