Conidiophores terminal, integrated, monoblastic and determinate.

Conidia borne acrogenously, rarely borne laterally, and directly on conidiophore, solitary, helicoid, semi-contorted, 3-4(-5) septate, constricted at the septa. Cells increasing in size from base to apex. Apical cell 8.5-15 x 7.8-11 mm subglobose basal cell cylindrical and tapering, 5- 17 mm long and 2-4 mm wide at the widest part, hyaline. Pigmentation of the cells increasing from base to apex, the apical cells light brown with a reddish tinge.
