Conidiophores septate, hyaline, simple or branched, cylindrical, often forming pustules on the surface of the substrate.

Conidiogenous cells ellipsoidal or ovoid, hyaline, acrogenous.

Conidia 7.5-12.5 mm in diameter, 1-celled, subglobose or ovoid, smooth, thickwalled, catenulate, developing basipetally, light brown with a reddish tint, cells finally separating.
