Marine Prawns of India is the first volume (version 1.0) under the "NIO's Databases on Marine Life of India (NIODMLI)" series. This information base collating data about taxonomy, systematics, life cycle, biogeography, diseases etc. has been developed using  HTML (Hyper Text Markup Langauge) as hyper-links gives flexibility to user to view the data the way he/she wish. It also makes it possible to put up the information in an attractive manner.

Along with the information base, HTML browser (Netscape 3.0) has also been bundled on the CD. This facilitates easy, smooth usage of the information stored in the database.

Installing the Product
 

1. Insert CDROM in CD DRIVE of your machine (usually Drive D).
2. Using file manager view the content of the CDROM.
