DISTINCTIVE CHARACTERS OF SPECIES

Macrobrachium aemulum (Nobili, 1906)

 4-6 rostral teeth are placed behind the orbit.

Distinctive characters : Rostrum without elevated basal crest extending-to about distal end of antennular peduncle, four dorsal teeth on carapace and ventral 2 to 3 teeth. Rostral teeth formula, 12 to 14 dorsal aiid 2 to 3 ventral.
